Why is only one size available for some items?
For some items, only one size is available. This may be because the item is one-size-fits-all, or because it is a unique or vintage item of which we only have a few pieces. Therefore, a full range of sizes is not always available.

I have a question about the size, can I ask for advice?
Our pleasure! Are you unsure about the correct size or do you have a question about the fit? Ask your question via our chat button (bottom right). We will help you find the right size quickly and personally. We know every item well because we have personally selected and checked them. And we always advise you honestly, even if we think an item is not the right match for you.
Can I return my order and if so, how?
Yes. You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

Is returning free of charge?
No. To encourage conscious purchases, the return costs are at your own expense. After receiving and approving your return, we will refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, you pay €6.50 for shipping. From €150, shipping within the Netherlands is free. For Belgium and Germany, you pay €10.50, for the rest of the EU €15, and outside the EU €35.
When will I receive my order?
We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup from our Amsterdam office, you will receive an email notification.
Where are your products made?
Our products are produced both locally and globally in Turkey and India. We carefully select our production partners and know them personally to ensure that our products are of high quality and have a fair price.
Can I also pick up my order or have it delivered in Amsterdam?
Yes, you can opt for free local delivery within Amsterdam or free pickup of your order at the el.residu studio. You can select your preferred option during checkout.
How do reusable packaging systems work?
Are you opting for reusable packaging? If so, return it within 2 months to a participating collection point. Scan the QR code there, follow the steps, and receive €3.95 deposit back. This way, the packaging can be reused.
