Delivery

Since el.résidu is a ''one woman show'' company, it can take 1-5 work days before your package will be shipped. You will get an email with a track and trace code to track your parcel once it is in hands of Post NL. For now I will only ship within the EU.

*Please note that we are not accountable for delays caused at Post NL.

Living in Amsterdam?

You have the possibility to ship for free or arrange a pick-up at the el.résidu office. Saving money, work and the planet 😊


For all NL purchases above €250 and all EU above €500 there will be no shipping costs.

See below a small overview of the shipping costs per country:

Netherlands €6.50

Belgium, Germany €10.50

France, Italy, Spain €18.00

Returns

As I want to raise awareness on the impact of the fashion industry, I'm asking you to make a conscious and well-considered choice while shopping to reduce returns.

Because of these values, I have decided not to make returns free of charge. That means that returning items is at your own expense.

If you want to return an item as it didn't meet your expectations or it doesn't fit, I am sorry to hear that and I'm of course willing to help:

• Within 14 days you have the right to return or exchange your order. The 14 days starts at the day the order has been delivered.
• I will issue you with a full refund excluding the initial shipping costs + the return shipping costs.
• The return cannot be accepted if the items have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way.
• Please secure proper packaging for shipping. I recommend sending it with track&trace code from a provider of your own choice, as it is your own responsibility that your order reaches my office in good condition.
• After receiving your return, I will do my utmost best to transfer your money back within 10 days.

If you want to exchange an item, please send an email to
ella@el-residu.com with following information:

• Order number
• Reason for exchange
• Article number you would like to exchange

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
