At el.résidu, we want to create awareness about the impact of the fashion industry. Therefore, we ask you to make a well-considered choice when purchasing, so that returns are limited as much as possible.

For this reason, returns are not free and the costs are for your own account.

Returns

Are you not satisfied with your purchase or does the item not fit well? We are sorry to hear that, but we are happy to help. Send an email to retour@el-residu.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Item number of the item

You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.
You can also directly request a return via your customer account. Log in, go to your order and follow the steps.

• You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days after delivery.
• You will receive a full refund, excluding original shipping costs and return costs.
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and unaltered, including labels and original packaging.
• Ensure proper packaging and preferably ship with a track & trace. Shipping and arrival are your responsibility.
• After receiving your return, we aim to refund the amount within 10 days.

• Order number
• Reason for exchange
• Item number of the desired item

Legal cooling-off period (EU)

For orders within the European Union, a cooling-off period of 14 days applies, during which you can cancel or return your order without giving any reason. The same return conditions apply.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
Upon approval, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that processing by your bank may take additional time.
