Deadstock Denim Collection
The el.résidu Deadstock Denim collection was created through a renewed collaboration with a small, independent factory in Turkey that works with deadstock denim fabrics. These fabrics had already been produced but remained unused. With this collection, these fabrics were given a new purpose and meaning.
This expansion of the el.résidu collection was realized in a short time, saving meters of denim from textile waste. By working with deadstock materials, unnecessary waste is prevented, and existing textiles are reused without additional environmental impact.
Sustainably Produced and Consciously Dyed
The denim in this collection is sustainably dyed, using a process that consumes less water than conventional denim production. This way, the collection combines a classic look with a lower ecological impact.
The Deadstock Denim collection consists of a denim blouse and matching trousers, available in two sizes (S/M and L/XL) and two washes. The set together forms a modern interpretation of the Canadian Tuxedo, a timeless denim-on-denim look.
Timeless, Versatile, and Seasonless
This denim set is designed as a capsule wardrobe essential: an item that can be worn season after season. The individual pieces can be endlessly combined with other items from the wardrobe and are suitable for both casual and more dressed-up looks, depending on styling and accessories.
